Founded in 1840 by Nicola Introna in Puglia, Italy, Cereria Introna has been crafting candles for over 180 years across six generations. What began as a workshop producing sacred votive candles for churches and religious festivals in Italy's deeply devout southeast has evolved into one of the world's most celebrated artisan candle houses. Now led by Vincenzo and Rossella Introna, each candle is meticulously hand-molded using traditional techniques of dipping and casting, transforming natural paraffin wax and cotton wicks into hyper-realistic sculptures that blur the line between craft and art. From their atelier in Bari, every piece carries the weight of nearly two centuries of dedication to a single, joyful pursuit: making the world more beautiful, one candle at a time.
