Return and Cancellation Policies
Returns of select original and unused merchandise are accepted within 7 days of receipt of your order for store credit or exchange only. Please make sure that items are insured and well packed on their way back to us. If an item is not received in good and unused condition, a restocking fee may apply. All furniture, lighting and items fulfilled by a third party (Kartell, Memphis Milano, Mazzotti, etc.) are final sale.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and exchanges will incur additional shipping charges. *All returns must be approved in advance by Son of Rand.

All sales are final. If your order has been dispatched for shipping or submitted for production, it cannot be cancelled. However, if you cancel your order within 24 hours and before it has been dispatched for shipping or submitted for production, a 3% restocking fee (which covers transaction fees) will apply. Damages and issues
If your items appear damaged upon arrival, please take photos of the items, packing materials, and box and forward to email@example.com. Please hold onto all shipping materials in compliance with any investigation our customer service team may conduct.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), furniture, ceramics, cutting boards (and knives) and lighting. Furniture, lighting and products that are made-to-order or fulfilled by our retail partners (i.e. Memphis Milano, Kartell, etc.) are also ineligible for returns or exchanges. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Please allow 5-7 business days for the fulfillment of all orders unless your product has a lead time as stated on the product page. Delivery estimates are based on the assumption that products are in stock at location at the time of order.
Though a rare occurrence, expected product shipments from our vendors can become delayed, resulting in a delay in our inventory. Our shipping policy states that the shipping time frames presented at checkout are representative of transit time and do not account for the time it takes us to pack and ship out orders.
International Shipping + Return Policies
International orders are shipped via UPS and shipping costs are provided by the carrier. Please note, all international packages are subject to taxes and duties that must be paid upon delivery. Shipping quotes do not include taxes and duties and Son of Rand is not responsible for any fees associated with the cost of clearing your items through customs. To receive a duties and taxes quote, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the item(s) you wish to purchase and your full shipping address.
For all international returns/exchanges, the buyer is responsible for covering the cost of return shipping to Son of Rand and for making proper declarations for customs purposes. Son of Rand is not liable for any fees incurred due to improper declarations.
